I’m Scott Ziegler, a REALTOR® with Boyes Group Realty, helping buyers, sellers and real estate investors in Saskatoon and surrounding communities.

I help first-time home buyers get into the Saskatoon real estate market and move-up buyers confidently make the transition into their next home. For sellers, I combine strategic pricing, experienced negotiation and highly effective digital marketing to maximize exposure and achieve the best possible result. I also work with real estate investors to identify opportunities that fit their specific investment strategy and long-term goals.

I’ve spent 20 years working in Saskatoon real estate and have helped nearly 1,000 families buy and sell homes. During that time, I’ve navigated everything from straightforward residential sales to complex, tenant-occupied and investment property transactions. The properties and circumstances change, but the goal remains the same: getting the best possible result for my clients.

Buyers benefit from two decades of local market knowledge and experience evaluating homes, neighbourhoods, pricing and negotiating strategies. Sellers get that same experience combined with a modern digital marketing approach designed to put their property in front of as many qualified buyers as possible. Investors benefit from my experience as both a REALTOR® and a real estate investor, along with my knowledge of Saskatoon rental properties, neighbourhoods and investment opportunities.

Before real estate, my first career was in the funeral business. It taught me something that has stayed with me throughout my career: service matters. Buying or selling a home is a major financial decision, and the person you trust to guide you through it matters too.

After buying, selling and investing in real estate myself, I know the level of communication, advice and service I expect when my own money is on the line. That’s the same standard I bring to the people who trust me with theirs.
